Hi! My name is Lisa Grover. I am an experienced Human Resources leader with more than 20 years experience. I have specialist experience in reward, HR systems, information and organisational change. My experience has been gained in a number of different organisations and sectors. In addition, I have a PhD in ethics, focusing on virtuous character. Therefore, this is of relevance to theories of leader development. There is also a growing discussion about the role HR should have in organisational ethics. My current research focuses on the character of a ‘good’ HR leader.
I am passionate about sharing my experience. Hence, one of my reasons for creating this blog is to share my knowledge. My enthusiastic approach to developing, leading and implementing HR strategy inspires others. I thrive on leading people through change.
